Definition
- Any tube that produces sound when air is forced through it. The organ employs a series of pipes to produce sound; brass and woodwinds employ a single pipe.
- An end-blown flute with three finger holes, usually accompanied by a drum called a tabor.
- A slang term for bagpipe.
